WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a
Community Manager
to support our team in multiple communities located in
San Marco, CA and Oceanside, CA .
This position is
Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.
Pay Range: $26.00 - $32.00 / Hour
WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:
You have experience with conventional propertiesYou bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment communityYou have a good working knowledge and can execute professional level leadership and customer service skillsYou have prior knowledge and or experiencein interior and exterior renovationYou can create and maintain financials, budgets, and reportingYou possess good communication skills both, verbal and writtenYou have a passion for helping othersYou have a strong knowledge of MS word, excel, and outlookYou ideally have experience in Yardi and/or MRIYou possess a valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
