Digital Marketing Coordinator

Schedule:This is a hybrid position after an initial 90-day full-time in-office introductory period. The hybrid schedule will be three days in the office and two days at home.Position Summary:The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department by working closely with the Marketing Manager on website development, social media marketing, blog editing and coordinating, analytical reporting, email marketing, marketing strategizing, and more. This position will support the replication of existing websites onto a new website builder platform and support the continued maintenance of those websites.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:· Support the development of new websites on the website builder platform· Support website maintenance and updating on the website builder· Creation and coordination of social media content and other marketing collateral· Edit, schedule, and coordinate blogs· Assist with writing company and client communication letters and emails· Creation and coordination of email marketing campaigns and monthly newsletter· Measure, report, and analyze the results of marketing initiatives, website, and social networks· Management of online location listings· Support marketing campaign planning and implementation· Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:· 1+ years of experience with website builders required (Showit, Squarespace, WebFlow, etc.)· 1+ years of analytics reporting and analysis experience – Working knowledge of GA4/Google Analytics· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, email automation software (ConstantContact, MailChimp, etc.), social media management software, and ability to quickly learn new software· 1+ years of experience administrating social media accounts and creating/writing social media content· Understanding and applied knowledge of SEO and general website design/development· Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently· Exceptional organization and time management skills· Strong writing and editing skills· Creative problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:· Experience with Adobe Suite and minor graphic design experience is a plus· Experience with WordPress is a plus· Knowledge of UX/UI is a plus· Knowledge of HTML is a plus
