Job Description Summary

Under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager, this role is accountable for managing and supporting work associated with Lamb Weston's digital marketing strategy. The incumbent in this role must have a general knowledge of marketing automation and strong organizational skills. The position will also assist with enterprise-wide marketing efforts. The ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with brand, customer and product marketing peers as well as cross-functional matrix partners is important.

Job Description

Position Responsibilities:Leads the oversight of multiple Martech tools with support from the Digital Marketing Manager (includes content management system, social media management platform, etc.)Manages projects and cross-functional teams associated with the development of enterprise-wide contentWorks closely with other business unit customer marketers to maintain and manage an enterprise-wide marketing calendarSupports content governance and operations to ensure brand standards are being metAnalyses and reports back on KPIs and other campaign metrics using a reporting dashboardMonitor competitor digital activities sharing back thoughts and recommendationsSupports lead nurturing campaign activities and ensures best practices are followed across business unitsSupports execution of global counterparts' plans, including translation management supportOther duties as assigned

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Position Qualifications:

•Bachelor's level degree in marketing, business, communications or other related subject preferred

•Recent graduate or 0-2 years' experience required

•Strong organizational skills

•Basic project management skills

•Ability to manage multiple activities and ensure accuracy of all work

•Detail-oriented

•Team player capable of working across the organization

•Self-starter

•Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills

•Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint

•Knowledge of CMS-based systems and marketing automation tools is a plus

•Ability to travel independently up to 10%

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate's work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $54,140.00 - $81,190.00
