The Director, Product Marketing Online Pharmacy will lead B2B product marketing and growth strategies and execution of go-to-market plans for our online pharmacy and technology solutions. The Director, Product Marketing Online Pharmacy will partner with product development, sales and commercial enablement teams and marketing execution to build compelling product offerings, value propositions and marketing campaigns to achieve revenue, share and growth targets. This leader will be customer focused with exceptional leadership to inspire teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty and advocacy.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Designs and implements multichannel marketing strategies and demand generation campaigns to increase product awareness, generate leads, and help Covetrus and our partners grow revenue and expand market share • Creates a compelling value proposition and communication strategy that resonates with customers and and articulates the value of unique Covetrus software and online pharmacy solutions to drive adoption, retention and utilization. • Collaborates with marketing execution, sales, commercial enablement and operations teams to develop omni-channel marketing campaigns, pricing and promotion strategies and thought leadership • Partners with Product Management to align on portfolio offerings, audience segmentation, pricing and new product roadmap to ensure product market fit that drives customer adoption and satisfaction • Partners with paid media team to implement digital marketing plans that drive lead gen including paid search and paid social • Works with Product and Sales to identify customer success stories and transform clinics' use cases into ROI-focused case studies, testimonials, and webinar and event presentations • Tracks the competition's marketing messaging, collateral, and campaigns to inform our go-to-market approach • Conducts monthly and quarterly analysis of performance vs. goals as well as program ROIs • Attends regional and national events on an as needed basis to gain insights on clinics’ needs and the competitive landscape • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences and trends and customer segments and translate insights into product offerings, marketing strategies and programs. • Build and mentor high-performing teams, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field. MBA preferred. Equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered Work Experience • 10 years relevant marketing experience, including strategic positioning and messaging, sales enablement, competitive analysis, and product launches preferably in Veterinary or Human Healthcare. Sales or account management experience a plus. Technical Skills • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs and campaigns • Experience developing and executing go-to-market launch plans • A solid knowledge of Sales & Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Pricing and Promotion • Exceptional leadership and management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead, present ideas and influence and inspire key stakeholders. • Strong communication skills, writing ability, and project management experience required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and influencers and motivate and inspire teams. • Passional about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driven to continuously improve customer satisfaction. • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders • Ability to shape strategy, challenge the status quo and drive innovation for future growth Certification • No certification generally requiredTravel • Ability to travel as necessary, approximately 25%Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.However, the pay range for this position is as follows.$122,500.00 - $227,500.00
