What You Will Do

KREWE is looking for a photography coordinator to join KREWE's creative team. This role reports to the Photography Manager. The ideal individual for this role has the ability to shoot and edit product shots under our brand guidelines. You will work in a fast paced, creative environment that offers an opportunity to be part of building a rapidly growing brand. KREWE headquarters are located in New Orleans, LA.

Key Responsibilities

This role is the primary photography assistant.Lead planning, execution, and retouching all merchandise photography.Own retouching of all on-model e-commerce photography.Support planning and execution of styled still life photography.Cull, refine and edit imagery in line with creative direction for each specific asset.Coordinate with the E-commerce Merchandising team to ensure imagery is ready for product launch dates.Regularly maintain and evolve documentation of brand standards. Ensure high quality standards in all photo studio deliverables.Assist Art Director with the planning and execution of ecommerce, lifestyle and campaign photoshoots.Maintain an organized and tidy photo studio.Distribute and archive photography according to assignments and requests.Collaborate with Social Media team to concept and produce effective and unique content for social media channelsSource high quality partners to assist in editing and retouching as needed.Supports Company's profitability efforts by focusing on the efficient, accurate and timely completion of the assigned photo studio activitiesSupports the Creative team by pitching in at any level and effectively working across the organization to meet the needs of the business.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Photography or related field2+ years of previous photography experiencePhotography and editing experience with a consumer brandRetouching experience for product and lifestyle photographyHands-on experience assisting in a photo shoot environmentExperience collaborating within a dynamic organizationProven creative sense and communication skillsSelf-motivated with attention to detail, deadlines and reportingOccasional travel may be required

Required Skills

•Excellent organizational skills

•Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with very strong attention to detail

•Expertise in editing software and apply techniques to edit digital images

•Knowledge of photographic techniques such as lighting & composition

•Superior Photoshop skills

•Excellent communications skills
