What is Required (Qualifications):- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent- 10+ years of demonstrated career progression and marketing experience, with 5+ years of leadership/staff management experience- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, and media oversight- 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry, working directly with real estate brokers preferred- Strong financial skills and experience managing marketing spend
