Senior Architectural Designer

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer in Palo Alto, CA.Responsibilities:Senior Architectural Designer will put together Architectural Sets & StandardsPreparation of building layouts and presentation drawingsCreating 3D models and generating interior renderings using SketchUp, Revit, and Enscape as neededProviding graphic design and presentation supportUpdating as-built drawings by performing site visits and field measurements as neededAssisting in developing test fits, furniture layouts, blocking, and stack plans including furniture, finish, and fixture selectionsParticipating in the maintenance of space inventory by regularly updating drawings and information in various platformsAs a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be participating in the analysis of workplace data to develop innovative plans and solutionsWorking with the larger team to provide an update vehicle and ADA parking drawings for transportation needsCollaborating with design and construction teams on active projects5 years of experience in project execution, preferably in workspace interiorsBackground in Architecture or Interior DesignExpertise with BIMAbility to create presentation drawings and renderings using Revit and Adobe PhotoshopUnderstanding of CA building codesData-oriented and organized mindsetAbility to learn, adapt and deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProactiveness and team spiritThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
