Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies to enhance our online visibility, drive organic and paid traffic, and create/optimize content across various digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager works closely with other Marketing managers to maximize media mix, as well as other business units such as Creative, Compliance, ITSD and Finance, and agency partners to remain competitive in market , drive business growth and ensure compliance in a highly regulated industry.Responsibilities

Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and report end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search and organic search.Support delivery of digital policies at the pre-defined margin level by product and exceed operating plan with sales optimization offers.Deliver efficient sales growth in the channel as well as improve quantitative analysis in channel and holistically cross channel and products.Responsible for direct and indirect operating plan budget of ~$8+mil.SEO & Content ManagementManage SEO strategy by working closely with partner agencies to improve and expand Gerber Life’s presence within search engine rankings.Own optimization of on-page and off-page website content for search engines, meta tags, and link-building to enhance Gerber Life’s website authority and credibility.Collaborate with SEO agency to conduct regular website audits to address technical SEO issues. Work with IT team to implement recommendations.development planning and implementing Gerber Life’s overall content strategy working in partnership with our Content Agency.Manage the creation and production of marketing content working alongside Marketing Project Manager and Content agency partner.Work with Content agency for content ideation, plan an editorial calendar, approve written and visual content (i.e., articles, blog posts, newsletters, infographics, video, listicles, and other media types etc.) for production/implementation and oversee testing of content.Help drive leads for Gerber Life prospects and nurture potential customers through the sales purchase funnel using content & messaging to help guide & personalize their experience.Work with SEO, paid search, social media marketing, email marketing, web development and PR to ensure appropriateness of brand tone & voice and meeting consumer expectation with the right message, at the right time and in the right media.SEM ManagementDirectly manage our Paid search channel, working closely with partner agency to develop cohesive advertisements, with high engagement that converts at a low CPCP. Develop strategies and tactics to optimize campaign resultsEnsure robust strategies and tactics for Paid search campaigns, by understanding user intent through their web search queries, and develop efficiencies to meet sales goals at target ROS levelsAnalysis/MeasurementWork with internal and external partners of our Paid Search campaigns and organic channels to utilize analytics tools to track, measure and analyze the success of digital marketing campaigns.Prepare regular reports to showcase key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.Create ways to improve Paid Search metrics – click through, CPA, CPCP, CPSV, response rates, sales.Analyze site traffic patterns, online buying behavior and customer engagement; design and develop content & SEO strategies to optimize.Qualifications

Selection Criteria: Minimum 5-7years experience in digital marketing, managing & optimizing paid mediaDirect to consumer & eCommerce experienceProven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in vendor management and managing peopleFinancial Services experience, a plusDemonstrated experience with website analytics tools Search media buying tools, social media platforms. (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google SA360)Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMRush, BrightedgeSocial media and content management experience, a plus but not requiredWork Setting:This position works in an office setting and remains in a stationary position for long periods of time while working at a desk, on a computer or with other standard office equipment, or while in meetings.Position requires substantial movement of wrist, hands and fingers for continuous computer work.Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline (Marketing and/or Business Management, Digital Marketing) and equivalent work experience.Computer Skills and Knowledge of Hardware & Software Required:Google Adwords, Google Analytics preferred, but not requiredCertifications & Licenses (i.e., Series 6 & 63, CPA, etc.):Certifications and/or in-platform buying in relevant digital marketing areas (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.Position Demands:Travel ~ 10%, locally and within US for business meetings, and industry conferencesThe salary ranges posted reflect our targeted base pay hiring range for the position. The final determination on base pay for any position will be determined based on multiple factors to ensure pay equity within the organization. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.
