Our lasers are changing not only the way things are made, but also changing the things that can be made.Headquartered in Camas, Washington, nLIGHT is a publicly listed company (NASDAQ: LASR).Job SummaryThe Marketing Communication Manager is needed to execute on the marketing strategy of a high-tech laser company focused on fast growth and rapid expansion in new and existing markets.Responsibilities include:Partner with the business unit and field sales teams to support the development of channel marketing plans and co-branded materials.Own Marketing Communications projects including product launches, event marketing, tradeshows, social media, website updates, online and print advertising, and other marketing initiatives as needed.Drive project planning and status meetings with senior management and other stakeholders.Support the coordination of outside resources including graphic designers, copywriters, printers, and video production as needed to complete projects.Create regional product messaging and product awareness plans.Assist in the creation and ongoing development of content for print, online advertising, sales literature, website, social media, and other media as needed.Establish and manage current corporate brand guidelines for consistent execution of brand positioning and marketing deliverables.Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively in a highly collaborative, fast-moving team environment.Must have high attention to detail and tenacity to see a project through a highly matrixed organization with a strong sense of urgency.Ability to self-manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives.Strong program management skills so be able to manage projects from creation through completion.2+ years of experience in a marketing communications role.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or English.Understands branding and integrated marketing communications.nLIGHT is proud to offer comprehensive COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
