Position SummaryThis position will start February 1, 2024, and continues for approximately 7 months to cover during maternity leaves. There is expected time at the beginning for knowledge transfer from incumbents.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Leadership Team Management•GLT Annual Meeting: Lead pre-, during, and post-event communications development and execution; provide on-site support in Atlanta, March 3 - 6.•Leadership Connect website: Content management and other site or access updates, as needed.•GLT Engagement sessions: Support communications and logistics, as needed.•GLT Bulletin: Editorial planning for content, manage review process, and execute biweekly distribution.•G100 Leader meetings: Lead pre-, during, and post-event communications development and execution; provide on-site support for June 6 event. Prepare for September 12 event.Global Town Halls•In partnership with the Executive Director, Leadership Comms, lead the development of the town hall agenda and all logistics for April 20 and July 30 events. Begin preparations for the November town hall.Global Patient Week•Support the project management and planning for Global Patient Week, which will take place in September.d-hoc Activities•Flexibility to support additional initiatives as needed.

Requirements:•7+ years of professional experience in employee communications in Pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industry.•Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. Change management certification a plus.•Strong organization and project management skills.•Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners. High comfort interacting, building trust and influencing key stakeholders.•Superior written and interpersonal communications skills.•Proven experience successfully managing and leading roles with significant breadth and complexity.•Proven experience working in a matrixed environment and operate within a complex, fast-paced and changing environment.dditional Job Requirements:None#J-18808-Ljbffr
