Proactively identify content and engagement opportunitiesDevelop stories and deploy content for a diverse range of multi-level employees, including executivesWork with leadership to develop content, plan events and drive employee recognitionForm meaningful cross-functional connections with subject-matter experts to understand and translate complex information into simple, engaging, on-brand contentManage multiple projects, deadlines and platforms at the same timePerform data-driven evaluations to inform strategy and improvementsWhat You’ll Bring
Exceptional copywriting and editorial abilitiesProven success in employee engagementStrong critical-thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency in digital content toolsAbility to understand complex technical concepts and express them in human termsBroad functional experience with content development, project management, change management and human resourcesExperience managing confidential or proprietary information

Expected Compensation$56,000 - $210,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
