This role focuses on ensuring all communication and marketing material for the Development functions of Thompson Thrift are effective, aligned with corporate branding guidelines, consistent, and accurate. In this capacity, the role supports the Development (Commercial and Residential) and Construction teams by directing and overseeing diverse strategies related to presentations, website content, signage, and external communications. This includes supporting strategies to introduce Thompson Thrift to local municipalities, coordinating signage efforts on active construction sites, creating/maintaining Commercial leasing kits, and assisting with special projects, events, or promotions.Duties & Responsibilities:Leadership of the marketing support required for projects in the early stages of development.Serves as the main point of contact on the Marketing Team for Thompson Thrift team members in Residential Development, Commercial Development, and Construction and builds trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders.Identifies marketing needs, creates strategies, and executes strategies utilizing the internal marketing support of communications, production/design, project management, events, and administration.Assists developers with presentation materials needed for municipalities, lenders, or other project stakeholders.Directs the maintenance of the accuracy of project information on the corporate website and other published marketing materials.Coordinates with various business units and teams to collect and verify data for materials.Participates in new project construction kick-offs and facilitates the production of project signage.Contributes to strategic planning for the development of new projects and the leasing strategies for commercial projects.Establishes marketing departmental policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent materials are published.Ensures that deliverables are on-brand and reflect company messaging.Utilizes a project management system (WRIKE) for documentation, collaboration, and communication with the marketing department and across other business units.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.6 years in a similar marketing role with progressive experience and demonstrated experience working with commercial and residential development.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be proficient in proofreading.Individual needs to be well organized, excellent attention to detail, and can learn quickly and handle multiple tasks and assignments.Ability to foster teamwork.Planning skills with a creative mindset.Has extensive experience with the concepts and principles of one or more related fields or departments.Physical Demands:

Performing this job requires the use of hands to finer, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear (bells, whistles, etc.), stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Work Environment:
