Summary

Are you an experienced brand steward that can help us transform the way we bring the Eagle Eye Networks brand to market? Do you have the strategic prowess to create and manage processes, execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, while running an in house creative studio? Can you champion a strategy across creative, messaging, and positioning that will differentiate our brand from the competition? If so, you may be the ideal candidate for the Director of Marketing, Creative & Content.

This role will serve as the brand ambassador, communicating our story and driving awareness through messaging and imagery to ensure that our brand resonates with current and potential customers. You will create brand-level messaging and imagery that is clear, inspiring, and effective in describing Eagle Eye products in a unique way. You will partner with other marketing team leaders across content, demand generation, regional marketing, and events to ensure cohesive storytelling and supportive imagery while taking the lead on developing content to support all of the marketing campaigns across these departments.

Key qualifications for this role include the ability to create and articulate compelling brand creative and storytelling, strong leadership and communication skills, and a collaborative and positive mindset. This is a leadership role based in Austin, TX with the requirement to be in office several days per week managing a team of 8-10.

Responsibilities

Take the lead in shaping our brand vision and strategy, ensuring that our brand stands out in the B2B tech market and resonates with our target audienceAdapt and localize our brand strategy, the roadmap and its execution to accelerate brand awareness, preference, loyalty and direct growth across global regionsManage brand positioning, messaging, and creative development, including our brand tone, voice, and personalityTranslate brand strategy into a go-to-market strategy and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to implement the brand messaging across all client facing collaterals and internal comms including website, research reports, e-books, case studies, infographics, social posts, email banners, brochures, pitch decks, battlecards, internal presentations, merchandise, event, swag, etc.Collaborate with marketing leaders to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels, including social media, advertising, partner comms, digital media, etc.Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on consumer preferences, trends, and competitors to inform future strategy and plansOversee the day-to-day workflow and output of the content and design teams, prioritizing and assigning requests, providing guidance and leadership on projects, and creating and implementing additional training and development as neededOwn brand enablement and governance by educating internal teams and external agencies on the brand, and ensuring that all assets consistently adhere to brand guidelinesPartner with external agencies and contractors to outsource select projects, with oversight of creative execution to ensure production qualityManage a team of 8-10

Experience

Minimum of 15 years of experience in brand management, creative and content direction, and graphic design with a strong track record of successDemonstrated results in new brand launches and building a brand identityEffective communicator and collaborator with a proven ability to convey brand strategy that aligns with business objectives and build consensus across executive leadership and stakeholdersUnderstanding of the B2B tech buying landscapeDesign thinking and an appreciation for design as a tool to solve problemsA keen creative eye to ensure the highest quality of design deliverablesExperience in delivering engaging content, marketing communications, and client experiences to B2B audiencesExceptional planning abilities with an attention to detailAbility to encourage and inspire designers to think creatively and push the boundaries of traditional design to develop fresh and innovative concepts.Highly motivated, self-starting nature with a healthy balance between brand strategy, ability to bring up new ideas, and operational excellenceSelf-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independentlyStrong organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask and balance competing prioritiesExperience in managing a teamMust provide an online portfolio and/or reel showcasing previous work
