Collin Street Bakery has traditionally been a mail order company, shipping to all 50 states and nearly 200 countries globally. Today, CSB is predominantly an E-Commerce business. However, the brand also maintains 4 brick and mortar stores, presence on 3P websites, and has a supermarket presence across 38 states. Located in Corsicana, TX (50 miles south of Dallas) Collin Street is an historic, 4th generation family-owned business, founded 1896.
We are seeking a hands-on, data driven Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer who gets it, wants it, has the capacity to do it, and has done it before. Job Summary:
The Chief Marketing Officer will own and lead all aspects of our revenue generation across our B to C sales channels. This team member will sit on the executive leadership team alongside ownership to strategize and execute our marketing plans. With our main revenue source being CSB's public-facing website, this person will take full responsibility of our website, inside and out. Direct mail campaigns, email campaigns, google analytics, SEO, digital ads, social media presence, 3P presence, content, branding, creative and more, will all be directed by this person.
Responsibilities:
Be a passionate, positive, and energetic cultural leader in the business.
Create sales growth.
Lead and cast vision on the Direction of CSB Marketing and the value we can bring to the world.
Own the sales results of all our B to C sales channels; E-Commerce, Direct Mail, 3P, and more.
Lead and direct the integration of our various sales channels to feed and complement one another.
Fully manage and operate our website(s) technically, functionally, and creatively.
Direct efforts to advertise and market our 4 stores.
Oversee our B-to-B retail sales team to support their efforts and strategies.
Work closely with the Finance team to create and execute a disciplined marketing budget, maximizing savings and ROI.
Be able to clearly present ROI proformas on new proposed efforts and show ROI results during and afterwards.
Cast vision on product development, leading market research on potential new items.
Direct graphic design, creative, packaging, and branding.
Collaborate with other managers and supervisors to create and implement processes that promote a positive and efficient team working environment.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Direct Mail, Direct Response & Print Marketing.
Extensive experience in E-Commerce & Digital Marketing.
Experience in leading teams, departments, and budgets.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Expertise in managing the front and back end of websites.
A strong business and financial acumen.
A strong understanding of SEO strategy and management.
Expertise in google analytics.
Comfortable with customer database management and analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively with other managers, supervisors, and staff.
Experience with budget management and cost control.
SERV Safe or equivalent food safety certification.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $125,000 base salary + up to $50,000 in additional results driven Bonus potential.
