Boston, MAWhat you will be doing:The Social Content & Influencer Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing overall support to the Social and Influencer Marketing team with a key focus on storytelling through original content and campaigns. This person will support overall brand awareness as well as dotcom and retail partner growth through strategic review and UGC campaigns, help identify the latest social trends on TikTok and Reels and are dedicated to pop and internet culture. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Trade, Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing as well as external partners.Leads all aspects of Beauty Skeepers review and UGC campaigns ensuring all campaigns meet business goals, retail partner deadlines and assets are distributed to the broader marketing teams. This includes conducting regular campaign audits to enhance Skeepers platform.
Is responsible for the conceptualization and setup of Skeepers campaigns ensuring they’re strategically crafted to meet business goals
Track and supervise campaign completion and serve as liaison between brand and influencers
Partner with Trade team to identify campaign opportunities and ensure retail needs are met
Identify top performing influencers within Skeepers platform and add to internal influencer database
Work closely with Influencer Marketing Manager to measure and report campaign metrics
Manage content folders for all product campaigns including new product launches and existing products
Coordinate new content and distribute folders to Trade, Brand, Social and Digital teams
Build original social content supporting Beauty social channels including TikTok and Instagram. Ensure content is on trend, relevant to channel, educational, fun, captivating, and exciting.
Conceptualizes and facilitates production and editing of short-form video results
Is quick to react to the latest trends, sounds, memes, and opportunities
Supports social content creation of new launches, evergreen initiatives, and retail requests
Research, brainstorm and present new, creative content ideas that align with overall marketing themes
Works with Trachtenberg social team to identify and react to weekly trends
Presents opportunities to Social Media Manager/Influencer Marketing Manager
Assists with other core campaign elements/tasks including influencer outreach and UGC tracking
Works with Influencer Manager to vet, connect and distribute influencer content materials.
Works with Social Media Manager to source and compile UGC and support community management tasks
Skills needed to be successful in this role:Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects concurrently under time constraints.
Proven track record to work optimally in cross-functional teams
Collaborative, service oriented, strong attention to detail
Positive, passionate, and upbeat
Comfortable in an evolving, fast-paced office environment
Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent
2+ years of proven experience in CPG, beauty, or fashion.
Experience working in prestige beauty is highly desired (particularly Sephora, Ulta and Nordstrom).
Knowledge of beauty industry and social marketing trends
Comfortable in front of a camera to create content
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications:Marketing, influencer, social media, and content creation experience highly desired
